| west plains is not going to be a class 5 school anytime soon, they've moved down a class in every sport but football recently i'm pretty sure they're one of the smaller class 4 schools |

MSHSAA web-site has new school enrollments. Class 5 (football) has been increased from 32 to 45 to 51 teams the past two cycles.

the 08-09 enrollment numbers for west plains was 1200
the 10-10 enrollment numbers are now 1221
the class cutoffs were:
Class 4
64 schools
725-1246
Class 5
51 schools
1249-1786
so as you can see wp was around 28 kids from being class 5 |

| Im sad to see him go. He was truley a great coach in the conference. I remember listening to Coach Christians radio broadcast before the game against west plains and how he always bragged on him. |

There is a post on MoSports inquiring of a hire. I haven't heard anything and only live 10 miles away. It does strike me as odd that one of the first jobs listed this year hasn't been addressed yet. Somebody needs to get on the ball down there. _________________ In a losing game effort - If you can look yourself in the mirror, your teammates and your coaches in the eye, and say that "I gave it everything I had and left it all out on the field" - then the only thing you lost is the ball game. |

West Plains just announced their hire. Jack Randolph who is currently at Marshfield and has been a head football coach there is taking over at West Plains. _________________ In a losing game effort - If you can look yourself in the mirror, your teammates and your coaches in the eye, and say that "I gave it everything I had and left it all out on the field" - then the only thing you lost is the ball game. |

| Welcome to the Ozark Conference Coach Randolph. You will get a chance to beat Lebanon in your first game! They aren't in the spread anymore, no spread quarterback, receivers or offensive line at all, (so I hear) so they will be what you are used to when you played them at Marshfield. |

I hope you didn't literally tell Coach Randolph that, because none of it is true. _________________ I drink your milkshake!

| CrazyMule you are absolute garbage, Lebanon having no O? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I personally have been going and watching Will Christians YellowJackets work as hard as possible and there is no way possible that WestPlains is even touching them! I have Honored to be a mayor of a town with such an amazing team and coaches! God Bless, C.P Craig. |

| C.P. is correct. Lebanon will have a good O, but they will not have the speed threat they did last year. They will have a lot of good senior talent, but not sure about their size for linemen. Probably finish about 5 and 5 or maybe 6and 4. |

| Odd hire for an Ozark Conference school. Coach Randolph never put a solid program together at marshfield and actually stepped down last year. WP is a better job w/ a much better tradition, facilities, etc. Maybe there is something I dont know about this hire. I feel it is a good job. |
